Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

The Role

Do you have experience working with power tools, ladders, and construction materials? We are looking for an Installation Assistant who isn’t afraid of hard work or heights. You will be the "right hand" to our Lead Installer, helping to transport, assemble, and mount custom signs across the area.

This is a great entry point into a specialized trade. While we provide training, this role requires foundational mechanical skills and a "can-do" attitude.

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Tool Proficiency: You must be comfortable and safe using a cordless drill, impact driver, levels, and tape measures.

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders and elevated platforms (up to 30ft+).

  • Mechanical Aptitude: You are the person people call when they need help building or fixing things. You understand how parts fit together.

  • Reliability: You are punctual and ready to work every morning. Our trucks leave on time, and we need you on them.

  • Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Lead Installer with the mounting of channel letters, monument signs, and wall graphics.

  • Load and "pre-flight" the install truck daily with the necessary hardware and tools.

  • Use power tools to secure signs into brick, concrete, and wood.

  • Learn the trade (electrical, masonry, and graphics) with a path toward a Lead Installer role.
